Wyresdale Park Relaxed Boho Wedding - Sophie + Adam

Sophie and Adam reached out to us and asked if we would like to be there to document their Wyresdale Park wedding, they are both from the UK but currently live in Australia so it was going to be a laidback, family weekend wedding and so immediately we said YES and couldn’t wait for the day to come.

They both got ready at the on-site accommodation at Wyresdale Park which was amazing for us as we could just go back and forth capturing the sweet moments they shared with their bridal party. The couple wrote letters to each other in the morning which was added a real personal touch to the day. The wedding ceremony was held in the ceremony barn at Wyresdale Park was beautiful, with a Sophie’s families golden retriever walking down the aisle to the reading from Adam’s nephew. It was a really personal and relaxed ceremony. 

Sophie wore a beautiful beaded Anna Campbell dress with a long veil. Gemma from Bluebells and Daisies did an amazing job with the blooms and dressing the venue at Wyresdale Park The afternoon drinks reception had a band playing outside Hopestreet busking band and great drinks, guests were dancing in the September sun. During the portraits session we explored the woods right next to the venue and the field at the front. We even got to take out the little boat on the lake at sunset with Sophie and Adam which is such a lovely addition to the wedding memories. The party was a huge highlight of this wedding, the band Wonderfolk was amazing, the bride and groom were always on the dance floor and all the guests partied late into the night.
